We are also able to call upon the services of all of the major manufacturers of equipment should the need arise. 99% of the time a repair is successfully undertaken; in the situation of total obsolescense we will provide a quotation to replace the system.

24 Hour Alarm Repairs:
If your system is under a maintenance contract with us we will undertake repairs 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. If not, then it would be undertaken during our normal working day 08:00 - 16:00.

Response to the call:
We undertake to be with you within 4 hours if in contract, if not we still try to respond at your earliest convenience.
